Please note: Should you decide to not go ahead and enter a submission, your entry fee will be refunded (less an administration fee). If you do not advise us of your intention to withdraw by Friday 18 May, 2018. you will forfeit your entire entry fee.

SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY ONLINE

A comprehensive Online Portal User Guide is available to guide you through the online submission process. Entrants can also download the Quick Start Guide, a two-page document which covers formatting your submission using the online portal.

Entry Deadline

Submissions and relevant accompanying information, including images, must be received by **EXTENDED SUBMISSION DATE** 5pm on Monday 28 May, 2018 (previously Friday 25 May, 2018).

Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.

Entry Fees

If the applicant is a member of their local or state business chamber, there is no cost to enter the Regional Tourism Awards. If the applicant is not a member, a fee of $100 will apply for each submission.

Site Inspections & Judging

Site inspections will take place during June 2018. Entrants will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time for the site inspection to occur.


Submission Writing Assistance 

The Regional Tourism Awards Board has compiled a list of businesses who offer a submission writing service for those organisations that may require assistance with their award submission. It is up to each individual entrant to make contact with the businesses and obtain their own quotes. These businesses trade as a fee for service – they are not free.

Please note that the Regional Tourism Awards accepts no responsibility for the quality of the businesses outlined below and recommends that entrants undertake their own research and reference checks before engaging.
